Pass our name on
Almost all of our work comes from somebody telling a neighbor. If you know somebody with a floor that needs doing, send them our way and we will look after them.
It is how the company grew.
Why we ask
We do not spend much on advertising. The company grew because people who had a floor put in told somebody else about it, and that is a far better filter than any advert. It also means we cannot afford a bad job, because the next customer is usually standing in the last one’s garage.
The reason quality holds is that the family name is on every job.
If you would rather point somebody at the work than at us, the gallery is all our own jobs, and the reviews page is twenty four real customers. Either one says more than we can.

How does referring work?
Tell them to mention your name when they call. That is the whole process.
Is there a reward?
Ask Kevin when you call. We look after people who send us work.
Can I refer a business?
Yes, commercial referrals especially. Most of our commercial work arrives that way.
Does my friend need to book straight away?
No. Pass the name on and we will look after them whenever they are ready.
Can I leave a review instead?
That helps just as much. There is a link when the job is finished.
Do you cold call referrals?
Never. They call us when they want to.
