Ways to spread the cost
Financing is available on most residential work. What is on offer changes, so rather than publish a number that goes stale, call and we will tell you what applies right now.
Ask rather than read an old page.
Why we do not list numbers here
Offers and financing terms change, and a website that says otherwise is usually out of date. Every floor is quoted from the slab in front of us anyway, so a published figure would not tell you much about your own room.
Call and ask. If there is something running, you will hear about it.
Where the value actually is
Maintenance is a dust mop and occasionally a neutral cleaner. No wax, no sealing, no annual reapplication. If someone tells you a coated floor needs yearly maintenance, they are describing their own product failing.
Thickness is specified from the load, not from a brochure. A residential garage and a forklift aisle both get epoxy, and they are not the same floor.
Coated floors do not need to be stripped and resealed, which is where the savings against VCT actually come from. That is the part worth comparing when you are looking at two quotes, because a thinner system installed cheaply is not the same floor.
Common questions
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Ask when you call and we will tell you what is currently available.
Is there a seasonal offer?
Sometimes. It changes, so the honest answer is to ask rather than read an old page.
Do you price match?
We would rather explain what is in our system than match a quote for a thinner one.
Is a deposit needed?
Talk to Kevin. It depends on the size of the job and the materials involved.
Do you charge for coming out?
No.
Can commercial work be phased for budget?
Yes, and often it should be. We can sequence a large floor across stages.
Give us a call and we will come look at the slab.
Four names, one crew. Kevin Garner built the company in 2021 to pass it on. Covering Laurel and south Mississippi, the Gulf Coast, coastal Alabama and St. Tammany Parish. Send us the details or see finished floors.
