What you are looking at
Full flake broadcast means chip thrown to refusal, so the floor is a continuous layer of vinyl rather than a base coat with decoration on it. That is what gives the texture its grip and what stops the colour wearing through.
The chip blend changes how a floor hides dirt. Multi-tone blends with some dark in them stay looking clean far longer than a single pale colour. The full range is on the finishes page.
