Dealership Showroom Epoxy that survives the room
The floor is in every photo of every car. A typical garage is a one day install. You are walking on it that evening.
It photographs as well as the stock does.
What we actually install
Metallic or high-gloss polish, seamless under lights.
The floor tells us what it needs before we quote anything. Light foot traffic, cars driven on and off.

How the day runs
Grind
Metallic or high-gloss polish, seamless under lights.
Build
Light foot traffic, cars driven on and off.
Cure
One day down for most homes. Commercial work is phased to your hours.
What the install actually looks like
We start by finding the cracks nobody mentioned.
Moisture gets tested before resin gets opened. We turn up with the grinder and the extraction first, and the first hour is dust and noise rather than anything that looks like progress. Metallic or high-gloss polish, seamless under lights.
Once the slab is open and clean we chase any cracks, fill them, and grind those flat. Then the primer goes down, and from that point the day is a sequence with cure windows in it rather than a job you can rush. Most houses are done inside a day, then 12 hours to foot traffic.
Kevin Garner set this up in 2021 for his family to carry on. That matters on a dealership showroom epoxy job because the person who decided the spec is the person holding the squeegee, so nothing gets lost between the quote and the floor.
Aaron and his crew did a fantastic job, friendly and professional.Verified review
Other automotive floors we coat
The slab decides the spec.
What we find under a dealership showroom epoxy job
Gulf Coast concrete carries moisture. Slabs poured on sand without a vapor barrier wick water up through the mix continuously, and that vapor pressure is what lifts a coating months after it looked perfect. We test for it before quoting, because the honest answer sometimes is a moisture-tolerant system rather than standard epoxy.
Some floors do not need coating at all. If the slab is sound and the use is light, polishing or sealing the concrete itself is cheaper and lasts longer. We will say so.
The system we specify
Polyaspartic topcoats cure faster and hold color better under UV than standard epoxy clears. They also go down in a wider temperature window, which matters when you are working through a Mississippi summer.
Polished concrete uses a densifier that reacts chemically with the slab, hardening it rather than coating it. There is nothing to peel because there is no film.
Specified from the load, not a brochure.
What a working shop does to a floor
Shop floors fail in specific places for specific reasons. Under the lift posts because the load is concentrated. At the bay entrance because that is where wet tires and road salt land first. Around the parts washer because solvent sits there. A floor specified as a single uniform build across the whole shop is being optimised for the easiest part of the room.
Hot tire pickup is the failure people know by name. A tire that has been on the interstate comes in hot and soft, sits on the coating, and when it cools it grips the finish harder than the finish grips the concrete. Cheap single-coat epoxy lifts in patches shaped like tires. A flake build with a polyaspartic topcoat does not, because the topcoat is harder than the plasticiser coming out of the rubber.
You lose the garage for a day, not a week.
How we build for a shop
The floor is in every photo of every car.
What this floor has to put up with
Light foot traffic, cars driven on and off. Metallic or high-gloss polish, seamless under lights. That combination is what we specify against, and it is why a dealership showroom epoxy job is quoted from the room rather than from a rate card.
It photographs as well as the stock does. A day on site is the normal answer for a residential floor.
Living with the floor afterwards
Keep grit off it and a coated floor lasts. Grit under a tire or a boot is abrasive, and abrasion is the only thing that genuinely wears a good topcoat.
Maintenance is a dust mop and occasionally a neutral cleaner. No wax, no sealing, no annual reapplication. If someone tells you a coated floor needs yearly maintenance, they are describing their own product failing.
Laurel is home, and from here we reach Hattiesburg, Jackson, the Gulf Coast, coastal Alabama and the north shore of Lake Pontchartrain comfortably. Coast jobs and Baldwin County work are a normal week for us. See the areas we cover.
Questions we get asked
What is the turnaround on dealership showroom epoxy?
A typical garage is a one day install. You are walking on it that evening.
What does the first stage involve?
Metallic or high-gloss polish, seamless under lights. The honest answer about a floor comes from grinding a patch of it.
Will it hold up long term?
Light foot traffic, cars driven on and off. We specify the build thickness against the actual use, not a standard sheet.
Do you cover the whole Gulf Coast?
We cover south Mississippi, the coast, coastal Alabama and St. Tammany Parish, roughly a hundred miles out from Laurel.
Is the owner on site?
This is a family crew. Kevin founded it in 2021 and works alongside Aaron, Kyler and Averie.
Can I see the color before deciding?
Yes. We bring the chip deck out and you pick the blend against your own light and your own walls. Colors read differently under LED, under a skylight and under a garage door that is half open, so choosing off a photograph is how people end up disappointed.
How do you deal with a poor slab?
Slabs with in-floor heat or embedded conduit change how aggressively we can grind. We locate it first rather than finding it with a diamond.
What upkeep is involved?
Warehouse floors want a scrubber with the right pad, not the most aggressive one available.
Why specify a full system?
Slip resistance comes from profile, not from an additive stirred in at the end. Where a floor will be wet we build the texture in with graded aggregate and we tell you how it will feel underfoot.
Ring the shop and we will tell you honestly what it takes.
