What happens when you call
We ask what the room is, roughly how big, and what is on the floor now. That usually tells us whether it is a one day job and which system fits. If it sounds straightforward we can give you a sensible range on the phone. If it does not, we come and look rather than guess.
Either way somebody who installs floors answers the phone, not a call center.
Where we cover
We work out of Laurel and cover roughly a hundred miles in every direction. That takes in Jones County, Rankin, Simpson and Lamar to the north and west, the whole Mississippi coast from Bay St. Louis through Biloxi to Pascagoula, across into Baldwin and Mobile County in Alabama, and west to St. Tammany Parish.

Before you call
How quickly can you come look?
Usually within a few days. Coast and Baldwin County jobs get grouped, so ask and we will tell you the next run.
Do you charge to look at a floor?
No. We come out, measure, test the slab and tell you what we would do.
What do you need from me first?
Rough size of the room, what it is used for, and whether the slab has been coated before. That gets us most of the way.
Do you work weekends?
For commercial work where the room cannot close during the week, yes.
How far out are you booking?
It moves with the season. Call and we will tell you honestly.
Can you work around our opening hours?
Yes. Commercial work gets phased or done overnight where the cure window allows.
