We open up the surface and see what we are actually dealing with.
We test the slab before we promise a finish. We turn up with the grinder and the extraction first, and the first hour is dust and noise rather than anything that looks like progress. Seamless light-reflective build, easily cleaned.
Once the slab is open and clean we chase any cracks, fill them, and grind those flat. Then the primer goes down, and from that point the day is a sequence with cure windows in it rather than a job you can rush. We are in and out in a day on most garages, then the floor cures.

What we find under a pharmacy epoxy job
Garage aprons and interior slabs are usually separate pours at different times, and they move independently. The transition between them gets detailed deliberately so the coating does not split along that line.
Salt is the quiet problem on coast jobs. It comes in on tyres, soaks into unsealed concrete, and sits there pushing back out. Grinding removes the loaded surface layer so the new floor is not fighting it from day one.

Seamless is the whole specification
In a clinical room the floor is an infection control surface. Every joint, every grout line and every junction between floor and wall is somewhere organic material can sit where cleaning does not reach. A poured resin floor with coved skirting removes those places entirely, which is why it is specified for theatres and clean areas rather than tile.
The second requirement is chemical tolerance. Clinical cleaning is aggressive and continuous, and it is the cleaning rather than the foot traffic that destroys an unsuitable floor. We choose the resin against the disinfectant regime that is actually in use, and we detail the coving to the drains so the room can be washed rather than mopped.

Can I see the colour before deciding?
Yes. We bring the chip deck out and you pick the blend against your own light and your own walls. Colours read differently under LED, under a skylight and under a garage door that is half open, so choosing off a photograph is how people end up disappointed.
What if the floor is damp?
Older residential slabs in Jones County often have a soft top layer from being finished too wet. It looks solid and crumbles under a grinder. If we find that, the fix is grinding past it to sound concrete rather than coating over a layer that is already failing.
Do I need to reseal it?
If something is spilled that should not be there, wipe it rather than leaving it to sit. Coatings are resistant, not immune, and contact time is what decides whether resistance matters.
What stops it peeling?
Polyaspartic topcoats cure faster and hold colour better under UV than standard epoxy clears. They also go down in a wider temperature window, which matters when you are working through a Mississippi summer.
