Garage Epoxy done in a day
Garage slabs take road salt, hot tires and whatever leaks out of the car. We are in and out in a day on most garages, then the floor cures.
One day down. Walk it in 12 hours, park on it in 48.
What we actually install
Flake broadcast to refusal over a pigmented base, double clear, ground edges cut in clean.
Good floors are decided during prep, not during the pour. Hot tire pickup is the test most coatings fail. Flake and polyaspartic do not.

How the day runs
Residential floors are usually a one day job start to finish.
Kevin built the company in 2021 around doing the work they promised. The crew has not changed.
What the install actually looks like
We start by finding the cracks nobody mentioned.
No two slabs in Jones County behave the same way. We turn up with the grinder and the extraction first, and the first hour is dust and noise rather than anything that looks like progress. Flake broadcast to refusal over a pigmented base, double clear, ground edges cut in clean.
Once the slab is open and clean we chase any cracks, fill them, and grind those flat. Then the primer goes down, and from that point the day is a sequence with cure windows in it rather than a job you can rush. Most of our residential installs are complete within a single working day.
Aaron, Kyler and Averie work with Kevin on every install. That is by design. That matters on a garage epoxy job because the person who decided the spec is the person holding the squeegee, so nothing gets lost between the quote and the floor.
Aaron and his crew did a fantastic job, friendly and professional.Verified review
Other systems floors we coat
The slab decides the spec.
What we find under a garage epoxy job
A slab that has been acid etched instead of ground has an inconsistent profile. Some areas take the coating and some do not, and you cannot tell which until it fails. We grind regardless of what was done before.
Basement and below-grade slabs are damp by default. A coating that works in a garage will not necessarily hold down there, so those rooms get a system chosen for moisture rather than for looks.
The system we specify
Moisture-tolerant primers exist for a reason and cost more for a reason. On a damp slab they are the difference between a floor and a warranty claim.
Slip resistance comes from profile, not from an additive stirred in at the end. Where a floor will be wet we build the texture in with graded aggregate and we tell you how it will feel underfoot.
Specified from the load, not a brochure.
Why the system matters more than the color
A resin floor is four products stacked in order, and each one has a job. The primer wets into the open concrete and grips. The base coat builds thickness and carries the pigment. The broadcast layer, whether that is vinyl flake or graded quartz, gives the floor its texture and most of its wear resistance. The topcoat takes the abrasion and the UV so the layers underneath never see either.
Skip a layer and the floor still looks right on day one. It fails in month eight, usually along the door line where the sun hits or in the wheel tracks where the load concentrates. That is the difference between a coating and a system, and it is not visible in a photograph.
Most residential floors go down in a single day. Walk on it in 12 hours, move heavy things at 24, park on it at 48.
What we check before quoting
Garage slabs take road salt, hot tires and whatever leaks out of the car.
What this floor has to put up with
Hot tire pickup is the test most coatings fail. Flake and polyaspartic do not. Flake broadcast to refusal over a pigmented base, double clear, ground edges cut in clean. That combination is what we specify against, and it is why a garage epoxy job is quoted from the room rather than from a rate card.
One day down. Walk it in 12 hours, park on it in 48. Most jobs need one day of our time and none of yours.
Living with the floor afterwards
Pressure washing exterior coated concrete is fine at sensible pressure. Holding a turbo nozzle in one place is not.
Hot tire pickup is a failure mode of cheap coatings, not of a properly installed flake and polyaspartic build. You can park on it hot without lifting the finish.
We work out of Laurel and cover roughly a hundred miles in every direction. That takes in Jones County, Rankin, Simpson and Lamar to the north and west, the whole Mississippi coast from Bay St. Louis through Biloxi to Pascagoula, across into Baldwin and Mobile County in Alabama, and west to St. Tammany Parish. See the areas we cover.
Questions we get asked
How many days do you need on site?
We are in and out in a day on most garages, then the floor cures.
What is the prep work here?
Flake broadcast to refusal over a pigmented base, double clear, ground edges cut in clean. We open up the surface and see what we are actually dealing with.
How does it handle heavy use?
Hot tire pickup is the test most coatings fail. Flake and polyaspartic do not. We specify the build thickness against the actual use, not a standard sheet.
How far do you travel for this?
We cover south Mississippi, the coast, coastal Alabama and St. Tammany Parish, roughly a hundred miles out from Laurel.
Who actually does the work?
Kevin built the company in 2021 around doing the work they promised. The crew has not changed.
Can I see the color before deciding?
Yes. We bring the chip deck out and you pick the blend against your own light and your own walls. Colors read differently under LED, under a skylight and under a garage door that is half open, so choosing off a photograph is how people end up disappointed.
What if the concrete is in bad shape?
Basement and below-grade slabs are damp by default. A coating that works in a garage will not necessarily hold down there, so those rooms get a system chosen for moisture rather than for looks.
How do I clean it?
Maintenance is a dust mop and occasionally a neutral cleaner. No wax, no sealing, no annual reapplication. If someone tells you a coated floor needs yearly maintenance, they are describing their own product failing.
Why does this outlast a cheap coating?
Full flake broadcast means chip thrown to refusal, so the floor is a continuous layer of vinyl rather than a base coat with decoration on it. That is what gives the texture its grip and what stops the color wearing through.
